We are immediately hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) for 8.
5 hour shifts, in a hospice facility located in Elizabeth and/or Scotch Plains.
You choose where and when you want to work and pick the shifts that fit YOUR schedule.
The following shifts are available each week and include a mandatory 30 minute unpaid break:

00 am - 3:
30 pm 3:
00 pm - 11:
30 pm 11:
00 pm - 7:
30 am You will be responsible for assisting multiple patients with their ADL's.
In order to work in the facility you must be comfortable providing the specialized care needed for the terminally ill, be prompt, a team player, drive a reliable vehicle, and have an active NJ CHHA license.

Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visits Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing Requirements:
Valid New Jersey CHHA License in good standing High school diploma or GED Valid CPR Certificate or willing to get one Negative drug screen background screening Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
