Responsibilities:
Responsible for setup and maintenance of employee personnel files Make background checks Monitor bi-weekly payroll through third-party services.
Respond to unemployment claims and employment verifications Assist with additional employee matters as requested Assist CEO with all ad-hoc requests Act as the administrative point of contact between CEO and external clients Oversee the office administration and ensure it is maintained at all times Review vendor invoices for accuracy and pricing Update Profit & Loss statement to assist in managing company performance.
Make sure there is an accurate record of the financial transactions Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends Perform basic accounting procedures such as A/P and bank reconciliations Update bank and credit card accounts daily with QuickBooks Prepare financial statements, e.

, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, weekly forecasts to management Hire new employees and process all hiring documents.
Process by weekly payroll and any related tasks related to Payroll and onboardin Must be a team player with a positive attitude
