Job Summary UPIX AGENCY is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Elizabeth, NJ.
This position will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the daily operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and prioritize duties, as well as provide support to other team members.
This position will work closely with the Operations Manager and Sales Manager on a daily basis.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist with the scheduling of meetings and events Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and other documents Maintain records of sales, inventory, and other data Scan documents into the company's document management system Answer phone calls Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phones, etc.
Assist with organizing office supplies and equipment Maintain office cleanliness by cleaning out trash cans, picking up trash from desks, etc.
Help organize company events and meetings Provide general support to visitors (i.
e.
, receptionists, secretaries, etc.
) Other duties as assigned by management or Sales Manager This is a full-time position that requires at least 8 hours per day.
The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm with occasional weekend hours may be required.
The office is located in Elizabeth, NJ.
We are looking for someone who is willing to commute to our office in Elizabeth, NJ.
