JOB TASKS Track and schedule meetings Put together agendas for meetings/professional development Manage phone calls Performs data entry and word processing of documents and scanning documents for storage and projects as requested Maintains general office equipment including copiers, facsimiles, etc.
Assists the CPO in general office activities and procedures Maintains Agency keys and related records Sorts, records and distributes Agency mail as appropriate Cooperate with any Agency, DDD, and DCP&P investigation and inspection Ensures compliance with wearing a mask when mandated by State, Federal, and Licensing authorities during a public health crisis/pandemic.
All other duties as assigned EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Min.
high school diploma/GED with business school background/certificate preferred.
Three years experience in administrative/secretarial support functions.
