NYNJ Link is seeking to hire a Business Analyst to assist with accounting, contract compliance and reporting, and document management systems.
? Assist Director of Finance with activities associated with QuickBooks, journal entries, payables, receivables, and fixed assets.
? Ensure project documents and reports are sent on a timely matter.
? Preparation of month end closing process and management reports.
? Analysis of general ledger accounts and reconciliations.
? Process in QuickBooks journal entries for payroll expenses on a bi-weekly basis.
? Update Cash Flow Forecast file monthly.
? Assist with bank and treasury activities, online banking, processing electronic transfers and issuing checks for vendor payments.
? Maintain a customized Microsoft SharePoint.
NYNJ Link engages with a third party IT firm to provide technical services.
Ensure that all supporting documentation are on file and regularly updated on SharePoint.
? Maintain a thorough and comprehensive compliance framework and system.
The compliance framework will be subject to frequent audits, internally and externally.
? Assist O&M Management with O&M activities associated with the reporting requirements.
? Use technical and business skills to problem solve and assist other NYNJ Link staff.
