Elmora Hills has a dynamic nursing team and is looking for a strong nurse leader to join an exciting group! - Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff including assignments - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team - Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols - Monitor and maintain patient safety and quality of care - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members including doctors - Provide support to patients and their families - Manage new admissions and collaborate with doctors on plan of care Requirements:
- Valid RN / LPN license.
