Job Description:
NJ Water and Mold has a full-time Project Mgr/Sales position available for Northeastern New Jersey.
Our project managers are the first person to respond to our customer calls for emergency property damage service requests.
Your job is to assess the damage, scope the job and sign up the customers for service.
We are a well-established disaster restoration contractor with a 17-year reputation for excellence.
We require a candidate who can help us deliver our services to property owners experiencing water, fire, smoke, and mold damage.
Our PM's answer after hours calls on a rotating schedule (1 week at a time) to go scope and close jobs.
This is a closer position.
There is no cold calling and no prospecting.
No industry experience needed - We will train on all industry knowledge.
