The Sales Associate is responsible for selling Zales - The Diamond Store products to new and existing customers.
They will interact with customers by offering product information, answering questions, and helping them find the right product for their needs.
Responsibilities:
Welcome customers in the store Provide accurate information (e.
g.
product details, price, location) Answer customers' questions about specific products Sell products by providing information about features and prices Acquire new customers by prospecting, calling, or entering leads into an activity database Manage customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction Create new customer presentations with potential customers and send them off with a referral Follow up on customer leads and provide follow up action if necessary Update sales records and create sales reports for each shift About you:
Experience selling jewelry is preferred but not required.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred but not required.
