Responsibilities:
Accurately follow policies, procedures, and instructions for specific patients.
Maintain the patient's personal hygiene and comfort.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and response to treatment.
Monitor and record data on nursing procedures and patient response.
Communicate with doctors, nurses, patients, and families in a professional manner.
