4 Elizabeth, NJ Elizabeth, NJ Full-time Full-time $22 an hour $22 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago GENERAL DESCRIPTION The overall responsibility of the HR Compliance Specialist is to provide end to end support to the compliance efforts and general office administration to the HR Department.
This will be done through proper maintenance of personnel files, personal interaction meetings, filing, telephone interaction, collating and copying materials, mailing, and distributions.

JOB TASKS 1.
Oversee all compliance-related paperwork and activities including, but not limited to, the following processes:
fingerprint archiving, drug screening, and Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) checking 2.
Serve as lead designee for licensing preparations 3.
Complete reviews of driving abstracts and appropriate follow up 4.
Maintain Medication Errors tracking spreadsheet 5.
Serve as super user for Ceridian Dayforce and HRIS 6.
Assist with updating HRIS as needed 7.
Create special reports in HRIS and Ceridian Dayyforce as needed 8.
Participate in legal reporting (including OSHA and EEO reporting) 9.
Conduct bi-weekly distribution of paychecks 10.
Maintain personnel files per CAU policy consistent with licensing and legislative requirements 11.
Participate in vehicle accident review committee 12.
Participate in agency HIPAA compliance 13.
Maintain appropriate Human Resources relations and responsibilities 14.
Complete typing/copying projects as assigned 15.
Complete special projects as assigned 16.
Actively participate in Agency fundraising efforts, committees, staff meetings, and staff supervision 17.
Cooperate with any Agency, DDD, and DCP&P investigation and inspection 18.
Ensures compliance with wearing a mask when mandated by State, Federal, and Licensing authorities during a public health crisis/pandemic.
All other duties as assigned EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE HS diploma / GED.
Experience in computer software, word processing, telephones, filing, and general office procedures.
Previous Human Resources experience a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
