Community Access Unlimited is seeking self-motivated handyman for program facilities to perform grounds keeping, light maintenance duties, electrical work, plumbing, tiling, flooring, lawn mowing, leaf removal, flower planting, shrubbery trimming and snow removal.
EOE Monday-Friday 7am-3pm.

Our programs are located in Union County, NJ We provide you with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) RESPONSIBILITIES Light general maintenance and repair including painting, electric, plumbing, tile and flooring Prepping and painting Safe operation of commercial grade tools and landscaping equipment and upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements Repairs or replaces electric, paneling, and floor tiles Properly and safely prune shrubs and low trees as needed.
