o Minimum 3-5 years of cooking management experience required.
o Must have Serve Safe or similar, safety, customer service training class certifications. Required within 18 months of hire.

Job Description: - Assist the Director/Manager in the operating a first-class production facility by implementing Whitsons' high standard in all facets of the operation.
- Assume a leadership role in a supportive, positive manner.
- Assist the manager in preparing all week ending reports in a timely manner. Analyze and explain all discrepancies to Manager.
- Delegate applicable food preparation responsibilities to prep or utilize team members.
- Supervise kitchen personnel engaged in preparing, cooking, displaying and serving food.
- Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and neat according to HACCP, ServSafe, and Safety guidelines; and follow a cleaning schedule for the entire kitchen area.
- Maintain and monitor clean-as-you-go policy throughout kitchen.
- Conduct exhibition cooking.
- Perform temperature check during meal periods to ensure food is served at proper temperatures.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
