As Executive Assistant to a senior partner
at Healthways Communications, I handled a great deal of confidential material,
including sales projections and employee evaluations.  Designed the sales projection spreadsheet
used for the quarterly and annual board meetings. Maintained calendar for
entire market development team and ran ACT reports each Monday for the weekly
sales meetings. Healthways is a medical education company assisting
pharmaceutical companies in their global marketing.

Because my employer traveled extensively, I was
entrusted to handle much of the client contact. Liaison with all departments of
the company to ensure timely completion of projects in a highly
deadline-oriented industry.

Handled travel arrangements, both air and land,
nationally and internationally.

Sat in on brainstorming
meetings in order to assist and coordinate preparation of proposals as well as
RFP’s.

Handled all catering, both in-house and
off-premises.

Because of my skill at proofreading and editing, I
was assigned the task of checking all materials, such as: letters, invitations,
posters, brochures, etc.

Hired all administrative employees and did all new
employee orientations.

As Administrative Manager at Alban Services,
I was responsible for writing the Corporate Mission Statement, as well as
contributing to the design of the company brochure. Prepared RFP’s handled
payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees and purchased volume materials for
various locations. Was account executive for large clients.

John Hancock Life – East Rutherford, NJ                                                   
7/94 to 12/96

As Assistant to the General Agent at John
Hancock I handled daily customer service with clients and prospective clients.
Oversaw calendar and coordinated meetings with clients, attorneys, accountants,
etc. Responsible for policy retention as well as agency compliance.


GVA Williams Real Estate – NYC, NY                                                            
5/88 to 5/94      

As Director
of Administration
at GVA Williams I ran a 300-person office, assisted by 15
people in five departments. In my first year I reduced costs by 15% while
increasing services. Was responsible for human resources, office services,
purchasing, leasing, relocations, repairs, catering, both in-house and
off-site, as well as selection and installation of new phone and voice mail
equipment.
