Achievement and Program out comes: Throughout my twelve years tenure, as director of this health initiative program, the Urban League of Union County has served 700- 1,000recepiants annually. These services has assisted students and parents to make better health choices by prevention health education and knowledge of current health issues that are arising in their communities. Teen pregnancy has decreased in most union county cities, up to 60%, and parent has been provided with better parenting skills education through a certified Parenting Skills Program. Community residents have also been able to apply for discount prescriptions through Pfizer Prescription Free Medication Program and Pfizer low cost discounted prescription services.

This prescription referral services also offer other discounted pharmacy prescription plans to assist residents to continue their current medications or to apply for new medications.
